Job summary

Talentspoc is urgently seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team in the UAE. This role focuses on delivering rapid diagnosis and life-saving care to patients in a high-pressure emergency setting in Dubai.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform urgent procedures, document thoroughly, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while maintaining excellent patient and family communication. A UAE-appropriate license is required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Emergency Medicine completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Prior experience in emergency medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with urgent medical conditions
• Perform life-saving procedures and interventions as necessary
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including nursing and specialist staff
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to guide clinical decisions
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and departmental clinical audits
• Provide education and clear communication to patients and families about emergency care

Qualifications and Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
• Completed residency in Emergency Medicine recognized by relevant accreditation bodies
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one
• Prior experience in emergency medicine is highly preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
