Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced EM Launch Lead Imaavy & EMEA VMAX PAH Product Manager to be based in Egypt, Lebanon, or UAE. This role will oversee Emerging Markets commercial leadership and lead new brand launches for PAH in the EM and EMEA regions.

You will collaborate with OPCO, Global team, ESO, and regional OpCos to drive launch readiness, forecasting, and lifecycle management while shaping GTM strategies for PAH brands.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required with 8+ years of professional experience in Commercial functions, MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Commercial responsibility and cross functional coordination to make sure we maintain and grow the value of the portfolio in scope and launch successfully new brands, in close partnership with OPCO, Global team, ESO and other regional teams.
• Launch excellence and pipeline planning: define brand positioning & strategy, establish launch readiness dashboard and provide pre-launch training for OPCO, forecast and resource planning, including GFLS assessment, pre-launch activities and develop launch plans with OPCO.
• Ongoing OPCO support (monthly functional calls, best practice sharing, identify common projects)
• Lead growth projects to maximize the potential of brands in scope through Go-To-Market model assessments and business cases
• Brand strategy & Planning activities for brands in scope to expose markets' potential
• Performance tracking for products in scope
• Engage with external customers to collect insights and translate into strategies and action plans
• Partner with other therapeutic areas teams to maximize synergies and ensure strategic alignment
