Email Marketing Specialist

NOVVI Properties, a Great Place to Work certified and award-winning real estate company in Dubai, is expanding its in-house marketing team and is on the lookout for an Email Marketing Specialist. If you have a passion for crafting compelling campaigns, driving engagement, and delivering results through strategic email marketing, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Plan, build, and execute email campaigns that drive lead generation and client engagement.
2. Segment audiences and personalize messaging to increase open and conversion rates.
3. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and persuasive emails.
4. Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with key insights and recommendations.
5. Segment email lists for targeted messaging and increased campaign effectiveness.
6. Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.), and implement data-driven optimizations.
7. Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, trends, and technologies.
8. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign management, preferably in real estate, property tech, or high-ticket B2C.
2. Strong understanding of CRM tools, automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
3. Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
4. Strong copywriting and editing skills with a good eye for design and user experience.
5. Analytical mindset; you know how to interpret data and turn it into action.
6. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once.
7. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
