Job summary

VRS Technologies LLC is looking for an experienced ELV Techno Sales professional to drive sales and business development for their ELV systems and IT solutions. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in ELV Systems in the UAE or GCC.
  • Solid understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job description

We are seeking experienced and highly driven ELV Techno Sales to lead our business development efforts in ELV Systems and IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for ELV solutions such as CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, Intercom, and other integrated security and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.

· Identify and pursue sales opportunities for ELV solutions across commercial, residential, and government sectors.

· Understand customer requirements and collaborate with pre-sales/technical teams to propose tailored solutions.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, technical proposals, and commercial quotations.

· Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.

· Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in ELV Systems in the UAE or GCC.
  • Solid understanding of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA Systems, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is Preferred.

Preferred Industry Background:

  • Security Systems Integrators
  • IT Infrastructure and Networking
  • MEP or Construction Companies handling ELV projects
