Job summary

The role requires strong ELV/MEP exposure, UAE construction know-how, and leadership to drive project performance and client satisfaction in a demanding market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in electrical/related field.
• 5–10+ years in ELV systems integration or MEP/ICT contracting.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ELV operations and project mobilization through handover.
• Coordinate between management, engineers, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality compliance.
• Lead client meetings and ensure timely reporting to management.
• Ensure HSE compliance on site and project documentation.
