ELV SITE COORDINATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee and coordinate the installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, access control, BMS, fire alarms, structured cabling, and public address systems.
2. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local authority regulations while maintaining quality and safety standards onsite.
3. Collaborate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ELV works within project timelines.
4. Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to ensure seamless project progress.
5. Maintain project documentation, site reports, and material approvals while assisting in procurement coordination.
6. Supervise subcontractors, enforce safety policies, and attend project meetings to provide technical input and status updates.

KEY QUALIFICATION:

1. Must hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related field.
2. Must have 6 years of relevant work experience in the Middle East, ideally in the UAE, with a strong background in ELV systems.
3. Prior experience in contracting companies in the UAE is mandatory with hands-on experience in site coordination and execution.
4. Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, ELV installation procedures, and project coordination.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
6. Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
