Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Project Engineer I in Dubai to ensure testing, verification, and handover of building systems. You will verify wiring, calibration, and documentation, interfacing with customers and staff at all levels to meet contract requirements.

You will support the handover to clients and service teams, track changes, and maintain daily diaries while ensuring compliance with local codes and Honeywell SOPs. Relevant ELV and life-safety experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical/electronic certificate is required.
• Experience with ELV security and life-safety systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret codes, standards and project documentation.
• Ability to document changes and maintain site diaries.

Responsibilities

• Test and verify cabling, configuration, and device calibration in the system.
• Primary handover of building to client and service team; liaise with customers as needed.
• Provide feedback to engineers and CARE programmers; maintain site diaries and change logs.
• Ensure local codes, standards, and Honeywell SOPs are followed.
