Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC seeks an experienced ELV Purchase Site In-Charge with UAE experience in ELV CCTV telecom and security systems.

You will handle ELV material purchasing, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure materials meet project requirements, while coordinating SIRA inspections, drawings submissions, and authority approvals in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced ELV Purchase Site In-Charge with relevant UAE experience in ELV CCTV telecom and security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle ELV material purchasing supplier coordination quotations and purchase orders
• Manage site activities and coordinate with technicians engineers suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure materials are available at site as per project requirements
• Prepare and maintain ELV site documentation and project records
• Coordinate SIRA inspections and approvals for CCTV security systems
• Prepare and coordinate ELV drawings shop drawings and authority approval submissions
• Coordinate Etisalat and du inspections NOC requirements and telecom-related documentation
• Follow up with authorities and consultants for inspections approvals and completion certificates
• Prepare inspection requests checklists reports and other required project documents
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and authority requirements
• Monitor site progress and report issues to management
• Maintain proper records of approvals inspection reports drawings and certificates

2-5 years of relevant UAE experience in ELV/site coordination/purchasing. Experience with CCTV, SIRA, ELV systems, telecom, Etisalat, and du processes. Good knowledge of ELV materials and suppliers in the UAE. Experience in preparing SIRA, ELV drawing approval, Etisalat and du inspection documentation. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and site requirements. Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD. UAE driving license is an advantage. Candidates with UAE ELV and authority approval experience will be preferred.
