  • Develop and Modify BMS Interface Control Documents (ICDs) in coordination with stakeholders on the project and as per project specifications/design requirements.

  • Design and review DDC control panel layouts, control panel schematics, panel BOMs, power requirements, and field device interconnections in accordance with project specifications.

  • Configure and integrate systems using industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus TCP/IP, MSTP, IP, KNX, LonWorks, OPC etc.

  • Provide real-time technical support to site teams during installation, including resolving cabling issues, system mismatches, and communication issues.

  • Coordinate with MEP, ICT, ELV, and specialist subcontractors to ensure proper system interfacing and integration.

  • Ensure seamless integration of BMS with HVAC, Power Monitoring Systems (PMS), Lighting Control, Fire Alarm, Audio-Visual System, Access Control, and other smart building systems.

  • Perform point-to-point testing, functional testing, and system commissioning to validate performance and compliance with design intent.

  • Participate in technical meetings with consultants, clients, specialists, and subcontractors to resolve design and implementation issues.

  • Prepare technical reports, commissioning documentation, as-built records, and operation manuals.

  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and witness testing with consultants, clients, and authorities where required.

  • Engage with manufacturers and technology partners to resolve technical challenges and validate design approaches.

  • Stay informed of emerging technologies, Smart Building Solutions, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and industry best practices.
