Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced ELV Business Unit Head to lead and grow our ELV systems business, including CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Lighting Control. This role combines strong technical project management with commercial acumen, driving end-to-end ownership from pre-sales to profitable project closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 12–18+ years of experience in ELV systems, with at least 5 years in a business unit leadership/P&L role.
• Proven track record across CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Lighting Control projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the ELV business unit and drive revenue, margins, and cost control.
• Drive sales pipeline development and manage bid strategy, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Provide technical leadership across CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Lighting Control.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple ELV projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary ELV team and manage vendor relationships.
