Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Abu Dhabi is seeking a VIP Client Manager to build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, delivering personalized experiences that drive loyalty and business growth. You will recruit new clients beyond the boutique, identify opportunities with royal networks, and collaborate with PR for events.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of luxury retail experience, strong initiative, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years of management, in a luxury product setting.
• Strong sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of luxury industry trends and clienteling techniques.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients to drive loyalty and sales.
• Recruit new clients outside the Boutique clientele to grow the database.
• Develop opportunities with palaces and royal families in UAE through assistants or business getters.
• Coordinate with PR to align events and meet influential profiles.
• Drive sales of Uber Luxury products and reactivate inactive clients.
