Confidential Government seeks an experienced Gaming & IT Technical Manager to lead gaming, IT, drone, and recreational technology operations for a VVIP private property. You will manage a dedicated team, plan daily activities, and ensure top-tier service.

The role requires strong leadership, discretion, and proactive planning to anticipate client needs and uphold confidentiality and safety standards in a high-profile household.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team in IT, gaming tech, or entertainment tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of gaming PCs, consoles, peripherals, and related IT systems.
• Experience with drone systems and related equipment preferred.
• Ability to schedule, develop, and coach team members.
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
• Familiarity with asset/inventory control and maintenance records.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise gaming, IT, drone, and recreational technology teams.
• Plan schedules, allocate daily tasks, and ensure service standards.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of gaming and IT systems.
• Ensure drone systems are maintained, serviced, and compliant with regulations.
• Plan and deliver gaming and technology-based recreational experiences for VIP clients.
• Maintain asset registers, check-in/check-out procedures, and inventory controls.
• Provide periodic reporting and drive continuous improvement.
