Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of professional bartending experience, strong spirits and wines knowledge, and a passion for premium presentation. The role supports premium club events and seasonal menus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional bartending experience.
• Professional bartending or mixology certification, or a relevant Food & Beverage qualification, is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of mixology, premium spirits, wines, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
• Creativity and attention to detail in cocktail preparation and presentation.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, and revenue opportunities.
• High standards of personal presentation, discretion, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature creations, premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency.
• Engage with members, recognise individual preferences, and provide tailored beverage recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, flavour profiles, garnishes, and beverage trends.
• Contribute to seasonal beverage menus, signature cocktail development, and exclusive member experiences.
• Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and mise en place throughout service.
• Manage beverage stock, inventory rotation, portion control, and wastage to support cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless beverage service during dining operations and events.
• Promote premium offerings through informed recommendations and upselling.
• Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, licensing requirements, and food safety.
