Qualifications

• Fluent/Excellent English is required.
• Second language (Arabic, German, Italian, or Spanish) preferred.
• Norland or equivalent qualification is required.
• Proven experience as Governess or Educated Nanny.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and travel internationally.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of children’s education and development.
• Experience with school-age children and educational activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care, supervision, and educational support to the children.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities.
• Assist with homework, reading, learning, and personal development.
• Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups and coordinate with school staff.
• Organize and supervise playdates, outings, sports, arts, music, and other activities.
• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel.
• Manage children’s routines, schedules, packing, and requirements during travel.
• Coordinate children’s appointments, extracurricular activities, and events.
• Create a safe, nurturing, organized, and stimulating environment for the children.
• Work professionally alongside the existing household team, including nannies, maids, drivers, and other staff.
