Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking an experienced Governess/House Manager for a prestigious private VIP family in Dubai.

You will provide childcare, educational support and household coordination, working closely with the Executive Assistant, Chef and Driver to ensure daily routines run smoothly.

This role demands discretion, exceptional organization and a nurturing approach; tax-free salary up to AED 15,000 per month plus health insurance and UAE Labour Law benefits.

Qualifications

• Governess/House Manager experience in private household.
• Strong childcare and supervision experience.
• Ability to tutor and support educational development.
• Ability to coordinate household staff and routines.

Responsibilities

• Childcare support for six children.
• Educational support and tutoring.
• Organize school preparation, meals, activities.
• Coordinate household operations.
• Collaborate with Chef, Driver, EA and staff.
• Attend to family requirements and anticipate needs.
• Plan activities appropriate for children's ages.
• Manage schedules and appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.
