Gaia Nannies in Dubai is seeking a Norland-trained governess to care for three daughters aged 10, 7 and 5, with a two-year-old son cared for by another nanny. Start ASAP, Monday–Friday, 10 hours daily. Separate apartment, flights, visa and medical insurance are provided.

The role focuses on schooling support, manners, outings, and travel with the family; routine is established, but you will shape their days and be a trusted role model in a respectful, well-run home in a British-style setting.

Responsibilities

Salary: £75,000–£95,000 gross per annum (approx. AED 30,600–38,750 monthly)

A wonderful opportunity for a Norland-trained governess to build a life in Dubai with a warm, well-established Arabic family, caring for their three daughters, aged 10, 7 and 5. The mother grew up in the United Kingdom and wants that same British upbringing for her girls, with someone who can be a genuine role model as they grow. The family have had a governess in this role for years, so routines are already in place and it's a settled, happy household to join. There's also a two-year-old son, cared for by his own nanny.

Care of the three girls during working hours, with real scope to shape their days. The nanny will support their school and homework, manners and confidence-building, outings, beach afternoons, and all the things that make growing up in Dubai brilliant. There will also be travel in the role.

Duties include:

• Planning and delivering educational and recreational activities, both at home and out

• Supporting the girls' schooling and development day to day
• Travelling with the family
• Working alongside the family's existing nanny to keep the household running smoothly

• The Ideal Candidate
• Norland-trained or equivalent
• Proven experience as a governess or nanny within a private household
• Experience with children of a similar age range
• British-educated, with a strong understanding of British childcare and educational standards
• Comfortable working within an Arabic household while maintaining a British-style routine
• Calm, organised and able to work independently
• Driving licence an advantage, not essential
