Job summary

Metropolitan Premium Properties seeks an Experienced Real Estate Broker to join our elite Dubai team. You will close high-value transactions in both off-plan and secondary markets, leveraging strong negotiation skills and a robust client network.

Join a leading agency with premier listings, in-house marketing support, and ongoing training. A UAE driving license, RERA certification, and a drive to excel in a competitive market are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license and own car.
RERA certification or willingness to obtain.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s top communities.
Maintain an active client database and nurture long-term relationships.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
Generate new business through networking, referrals and leads.
Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and developments.
Prepare and execute contracts ensuring RERA compliance.
