Job summary

MIRA International is expanding quickly in Dubai. We’re seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing team, focusing on secondary-market properties and listings.

This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary; commissions start at 50% and go up to 75% as you progress through our 4-tier growth model. You'll work with a premium portfolio, source listings, negotiate deals, and enjoy access to international opportunities, modern offices across Dubai, and a fast-track

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s freehold communities.
• Proven record in sales or leasing.
• RERA license (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own property portfolio.
• Source new listings and connect with property owners.
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
• Stay ahead of Dubai’s fast-moving real estate market.
• Work with our marketing and support teams to grow your business.
• Hit targets and unlock higher commission tiers as you progress
