Qualifications

• Filipino nationality is mandatory for visa and employment compliance.
• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar private household or luxury establishment.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide discreet and professional household service including greeting guests managing their needs and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Oversee cleanliness organisation and readiness of all designated household areas
• Coordinate daily routines and schedules including meal arrangements and service
• Manage wardrobe and personal items with attention to detail and respect for privacy
• Assist with packing unpacking and travel preparations
• Supervise and collaborate with other domestic staff to ensure peak efficiency
• Monitor and replenish household supplies and conduct regular inventories
• Perform errands including shopping and deliveries as required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Support the household during events and gatherings with impeccable service
