Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in private residence, luxury hotel or similar high-end setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of etiquette, formal service, household management and event coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Discreet, trustworthy and capable of working independently or in a team.
• Polished communication and interpersonal skills suited to VIP guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and proactive butler services for principals and guests with discretion.
• Organise and oversee household operations including dining service, events, guest arrivals and daily schedules.
• Maintain immaculate common areas, guest rooms and service spaces to high standards.
• Coordinate activities with kitchen, cleaning, security and external service providers.
• Assist with wardrobe management, laundry, packing and personal shopping as required.
• Plan and manage table settings, décor and food/beverage delivery for occasions.
• Anticipate preferences and routines, remaining flexible to changing schedules.
• Oversee preparation and execution of special events, dinners and seasonal gatherings.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy at all times.
