Job Description:

1. Communicate with clients to gather installation requirements
2. Coordinate with suppliers for drawings
3. Collaborate with Site Engineers to understand site requirements and prepare necessary documentation
4. Oversee site preparations and material inspections
5. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication
6. Handle customer complaints related to maintenance and invoicing
7. Manage service contract execution according to standards
8. Ensure safety for end-users, sites, and technicians
9. Control operational costs and manage third-party inspections
10. Validate technical contract terms with sales team
11. Ensure timely completion of maintenance visits
12. Supervise technicians, motivate, and develop their skills
13. Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope to prevent overspending
14. Prepare and maintain reports for management and strategic goals
15. Lead risk management and safety programs
16. Improve department processes for efficiency and quality
17. Schedule preventive maintenance and manage work orders
18. Participate in site and technical meetings
