Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and valid teaching certification.
• 1–3 years of elementary teaching experience preferred.
• Desirable qualifications in special education, literacy, or curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Create inclusive, safe classroom environments for diverse learners.
• Use varied teaching methods to support different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess, record, and report student progress regularly.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Develop routines that promote respect and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership.
• Participate in staff meetings, PD, parent conferences, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support learning and well‑being.
• Uphold school policies and high standards of teaching and professionalism.
• Identify and respond to individual needs, including SEND.
• Integrate technology and digital tools to enhance learning.
