Job summary

Teach Away in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Arabic teacher to plan and deliver language lessons aligned with the school curriculum at the required grade levels. You will develop students' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills, assess progress, differentiate instruction, and create engaging activities while maintaining records.

Qualifications include a Bachelor (QFE Level 7) in Arabic or related field, 2+ years of Arabic teaching, ADEK eligibility, a Teaching Credential,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (QFE Level 7) in Arabic or related field or ADEK pathway.
• Teaching Credential/License is required where applicable.
• IELTS 6.0 or equivalent where LE recruitment applies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Arabic lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Develop students' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varying language abilities.
• Develop engaging language activities and resources.
• Maintain accurate assessment and progress records.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents.
• Promote appreciation of Arabic language and UAE culture.
