Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited (ISP) seeks a qualified UK curriculum teacher for our Dubai campus. You will deliver engaging lessons, uphold safeguarding standards, and support pastoral care across a tutor group.

You will join a collaborative team and contribute to enrichment activities while maintaining high academic expectations and positive student outcomes. A relevant UK qualification and DBS clearance are essential for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK QTS or PGCE teaching qualification.
• Have a minimum of two years’ teaching experience.
• Experience teaching the UK curriculum.
• Honours degree required.
• Be willing to contribute to school enrichment activities.
• Provide ICPC and a UK enhanced DBS or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Delivering lessons with excellent knowledge of the subject and year group.
• Create a warm, caring, and academically driven classroom environment.
• Be a class teacher for your assigned class and monitor wellbeing, academics and extracurriculars.
• Demonstrate safeguarding and child protection for all students.
• Develop and share lesson resources tailored to your classes.
• Track student progress and adapt plans accordingly.
• Report on progress via reports and parent evenings.
• Offer personalised challenge and tailor planning to meet class data.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and ISP school programmes.
• Share pastoral responsibility for all pupils, especially tutor group.
• Cover for absent colleagues and manage break/lunchtime duties.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and classroom displays.
• Attend school events and participate in wider school life.
• Lead an extracurricular club for at least two terms.
• Contribute to school improvement plans.
