Key Responsibilities

• Use excellent subject knowledge, pedagogic, and interpersonal skills to enthuse students and enable them to enjoy learning.

• Work with students one-on-one when help is needed.
• Plan lessons considering students' individual learning needs, styles, preferences, and capabilities.
• Assess, record, and report on students' development, progress, and attainment.
• Maintain excellent professional relationships with colleagues and contribute to the school's ongoing improvement.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve beyond their expectations and previous limits.
• Develop lesson plans and effectively instruct students in theories, methods, and tasks.
• Teach all students effectively, taking into account their individual educational needs.
• Perform other responsibilities as reasonably requested by the head of department.

We are looking for Teachers with the following:

• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status)
• Preferably two years of teaching experience in the subject
• Proficient in English or demonstrate an IELTS level of 6.5 or higher
• Experience in teaching the American curriculum is an advantage (professional training provided)
• Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
