Job summary

MENA-Water in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a skilled field service technician to act as the primary customer contact for service requests. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain electromechanical water treatment systems, while documenting all activities and providing training to customers and junior staff.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in water treatment.
• Willingness to travel and to work outside regular hours as needed.

• Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Technical Assistance: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with water treatment equipment, providing effective solutions and repairs.
