Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance on automated production machinery to ensure maximum availability.
  • Troubleshoot industrial automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and electrical equipment.
  • Support repairs during production shifts and assist in factory maintenance and investments.
  • Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, especially where interfacing with electrical systems.
  • Install or modify electrical systems and control panels for new and existing equipment.
  • Follow health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe workplace.
  • Conduct risk assessments for electrical/control projects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace, tools, and PPE.
  • Document maintenance activities in SAP-PM system.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and respond to breakdowns efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, providing electrical/control insights.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and automation systems in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of motors, sensors, PLCs (preferably Siemens S7), and industrial instrumentation.
  • Experience with gas burners, chillers, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Understanding of relay logic and electronic weight control systems.
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and work with high-voltage systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in shifts.
