Electrician Cum Plumber

Job Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, distribution boards (DB), and control panels.
2. Diagnose and repair short circuits, grounding issues, and electrical faults.
3. Install and maintain lighting systems, power outlets, and load calculations.
4. Work with single-phase and three-phase power systems.
5. Understand and follow DEWA regulations for electrical installations.
6. Install and connect backlighting systems on decorative boards, ensuring seamless integration with main lighting circuits.
7. Knowledge of LED strip installations, transformers, and dimmable lighting connections.
8. Experience in power interfacing, including voltage regulation, load balancing, and system integration with main power supply.
9. Proficiency in conduiting techniques, including PVC, GI, and flexible conduit installations for electrical safety and durability.
10. Hands-on experience in wiring, including proper termination, insulation, and installation of single-core and multi-core cables.

Plumbing Work

1. Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, water pumps, and sanitary fittings.
2. Knowledge of PEX, CPVC, UPVC, and GI pipes for plumbing works.
3. Diagnose and fix leakages, pipe bursts, water pressure issues, and drainage blockages.
4. Experience in water heater installation and water tank cleaning.
5. Understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations for plumbing and drainage systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2-4 years of UAE experience
2. Knowledge of construction, renovation, and finishing works (preferred but not mandatory).
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
5. UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
6. Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
