Job Location: UAE

Job Description:
  1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star hotel or within a hospitality/facilities management environment.
  2. Experience handling multi-property (cluster) responsibilities is a strong advantage.
  3. Certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical trade. A valid electrical license is required (where applicable by local law).
  4. Strong understanding of PPM schedules, electrical system checks, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
  5. Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, BMS, and general facility maintenance is preferred.
  6. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults quickly and safely, minimizing downtime, and improving equipment life cycle.
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Able to report and document maintenance activities accurately.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel between properties within the cluster based on operational needs.
  9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or emergencies.
  10. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or at heights.
  11. Sound knowledge of electrical safety protocols, Lockout/Tagout procedures, and adherence to hotel and local safety regulations.
