Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Installation of power systems, control panels, lighting, fire protection, security, and data network systems.
2. Regular maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely.
3. Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk until resolution.
4. Ensure tasks are completed within budget and target timelines; maintain accurate records of work carried out.
5. Provide hands-on support to the FM Team for all mechanical and electrical tasks.
6. Immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Line Manager.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
