Qualifications

Job description

The Electrician repairs, maintains, and install wiring, transformers, generators, lighting and other electrical and high voltage systems of the Hotel. Ensuring that the orderliness of the area of assignments is maintained in accordance with established standards.

Job Description:

• Attend to all electrical complaints, both major and minor, in a timely manner
  
  
• Conduct regular inspections of garden and outdoor lighting
  
  
• Perform monthly servicing of all Electrical Distribution Boards (DBs) and maintenance of HV & LV rooms
  
  
• Weekly servicing and no-load testing of standby generators at JAH/PTC
  
  
• Maintain and service all indoor and outdoor security cameras, including laying new cables for additional cameras
  
  
• Weekly testing and servicing of emergency exit lights
  
  
• Monthly servicing of kitchen insect killers
  
  
• Respond to firefighting system-related electrical issues
  
  
• Replace and service fuse bulbs in driving range pole lights etc.

Qualifications

Education:

Electrical certification or certified trade license

Professional Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry

Experience working with 5-star hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, facility management, or residential buildings

Computer Skills:

Intermediate proficiency

Language Skills:

Good English communication skills (English Level 1)
