Maintenance Electrician Job Description

We are seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creative solutions to our guests.

As an Electrician, your responsibilities will include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes.
2. Maintaining all M&E and HVAC equipment within the hotel, focusing on health and safety.
3. Performing maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation systems to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
4. Fixing mains and domestic single and three-phase power distribution systems, as well as lighting and in-house power installations and appliances.
5. Assisting with emergency services such as fire alarms, lighting, batteries, standby power, and generators.
6. Managing control systems related to M&E processes, including equipment, televisions, hair dryers, shaver sockets, and guest/service lifts.
7. Preparing sketches or following blueprints to locate wiring and equipment, ensuring compliance with building and safety codes.
8. Using various tools and equipment, including power tools, measuring devices, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.
