A leading hospitality company is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team in Dibba Al Fujairah. The role involves maintaining and repairing electrical systems, adhering to safety regulations, and collaborating with engineering staff. Ideal candidates have a secondary education with technical qualifications and several years of relevant experience in various settings, including hotels and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years electrical installation or maintenance experience.
• Experience preferably in Industrial – Commercial Projects, Hotels, or Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and annual maintenance programs.
• Read building and electrical drawings.
• Follow all safety rules and departmental procedures.

Skills

Fault finding

Job description

• Reports to the Duty Engineer / Supervisorregarding daily work progress and work order completion.
• Works closely with Duty Engineer / Supervisor and peers to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance program .
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in job, departmental procedures and instructions.
• Carries out all other tasks assigned to him by his supervisor.
• Able to read Building and electrical drawings.
• Able to fault find and repair electrical controls and systems.
• Excellent understanding of electrical installations and systems within modern buildings; TV, CCTV, BMS etc. inclusive Switchgear, Bus bar risers.
• Familiar with planned Preventive Maintenance and Safety programmes.
• Flexible and team player and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Works closely with peers to assist in their job when requested by Duty Engineer / Shift Leader
• To attain all departmental meetings and training classes.

Qualifications

• Secondary School + Technical College or equal
• Minimum 3-5years Electrical installation or maintenance experience preferably in Industrial – Commercial Projects. Hotels – Hospitals experience.
