Job description

1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components used in the manufacturing of fire curtains, including motors, controls, lighting, and distribution panels.

2. Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

3. Diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime in the production process.

4. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify malfunctions in electrical systems.

5. Follow all electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

6. Conduct risk assessments and assist in maintaining a hazard-free workplace.

7. Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used.

8. Update electrical schematics and diagrams as necessary.

9. Work closely with production teams to understand electrical needs and provide timely solutions to electrical challenges.

10. Participate in the design and implementation of electrical system upgrades to improve efficiency and performance within the manufacturing processes.

11. Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to enhance safety or productivity.

12. Experience with electrical systems related to industrial machinery is a plus.

13. Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints.

14. Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.

15. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

1. Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics or Electrical.

2. Experience: 1+ year of experience in UAE or home country (Shutter Field).

3. Skills: Knowledge in panel board, PCP wiring, troubleshooting.
