Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or diploma-equivalent in electrical field from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5 years in a power distribution or transmission environment including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in electrical installation and familiarity with common hand tools and machines.
Responsibilities
- Estimate BOQ for electrical and mechanical materials.
- Plan manpower, monitor progress, ensure adherence to schedule.
- Distribute resources to optimize budget usage.
- Lead toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures on site.
- supervise subordinates and ensure quality of work.
- Contribute to planning and review meetings with supervisors.
- Prepare daily progress reports.
