Job summary

Flip retail is seeking an Electrical Technician to maintain and repair electrical systems within the premises. The role emphasizes preventive and responsive tasks, with required documentation of work and risk assessments prior to each job.

The candidate should hold ITI/Diploma or equivalent and possess GCC FM experience (3+ years), along with strong English communication skills. UAE-based site work with provided lodging and transportation is included.

Qualifications

• Industrial technical certification such as ITI/Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in electrical maintenance and corrective/reactive tasks is essential.
• GCC FM experience with minimum 3 years is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is expected; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and systems.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical assets.
• Inspect DBs, wiring, and lighting circuits; replace/repair as needed.
• Manage lighting control systems, dimmers, and VFD/pump motors faults.
• Record work performed and conduct risk assessments prior to tasks.
