Job summary

Shou''alah is seeking an Electrical Technician to perform high voltage and low voltage maintenance across plant equipment. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to permits, and accurate reporting of work orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, reading electrical drawings, and following O&M manuals while complying with HSE standards and ISO 50001 energy efficiency objectives. Experience in power industry equipment is essential.

Qualifications

Diploma of Electrical Engineering or equivalent certifications.
HSE accredited training qualifications.
Experience in electrical plant equipment within the power industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on transformers, generators, HV/LV equipment and panels, pumps, conveyors, fans.
Strictly follow permit to work system, method statements and safety instructions.
Read and follow electrical drawings, O&M manuals, and relevant information.
Update progress reports on work orders and ensure on-schedule completion.
Communicate and demonstrate safe work practices on all jobs.
Ensure cleanliness of work site and proper storage of tools and parts.
Report any HSE breaches promptly to management.
Contribute to ISO 50001 energy reviews and energy data monitoring.
