Electrical Technician – Nuclear Infrastructure

We are seeking highly skilled Electrical Technicians to join our team for outage roles in Abu Dhabi’s nuclear infrastructure sector. You will perform electrical maintenance work during refuelling outages, ensuring the safe operation of the power plant. Adherence to Nuclear Safety Standards, Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and Environmental Protection Standards is a key requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret electrical drawings accurately
• Utilise hand tools effectively for electrical tasks
• Execute proficient cable connections and terminations
• Operate and troubleshoot measuring and testing equipment
• Conduct bolting/torqueing activities and maintain lighting systems

Candidate Profile:

• We are looking for candidates with proven experience in testing and working with the following electrical systems:
• Motor, Switch-gear/Circuit Breakers, Transformer, UPS, Temp Power, Protection Relays, IPB (Bus Duct), Battery, Excitation/Rectifier, Inverter
• “Technician” certificate or similar credential
• Prior experience working in Outage/shutdown within relevant fields
