• Ability to manage and coordinate technical teams.
• Strong site management and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in the equipment rental industry, particularly for projects and events.
• Understanding of equipment deployment, site installation, dismantling, and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project/event environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to site operations
