Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking an Electrical Site Engineer in Dubai, UAE to supervise and execute electrical installation works across residential and commercial construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring electrical systems are installed according to engineering drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor site progress, and support testing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Four to eight years of experience in electrical construction or MEP projects.
Strong understanding of low voltage systems, power distribution networks, lighting systems, and ELV coordination.
Experience working on high rise residential or commercial construction projects preferred.
Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and approval procedures.
Strong coordination and communication skills with site teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

Supervise installation of low voltage electrical systems including power distribution, lighting systems, cable containment, and ELV infrastructure.
Ensure electrical installations follow approved shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to prevent system clashes and maintain project workflow.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower productivity, and material usage for electrical works.
Conduct inspections and participate in testing and commissioning activities in coordination with the QAQC team.
Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and client representatives during site inspections and approval processes.
Ensure all electrical installations comply with local authority regulations and construction safety standards.
Maintain site documentation and prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
Support project teams in resolving technical issues and maintaining installation quality standards.
Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and construction milestones.
