Qualifications

• Four to eight years of experience in electrical construction or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of low voltage systems, power distribution networks, lighting systems, and ELV coordination.
• Experience working on high rise residential or commercial construction projects preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and approval procedures.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with site teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of low voltage electrical systems including power distribution, lighting systems, cable containment, and ELV infrastructure.
• Ensure electrical installations follow approved shop drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to prevent system clashes and maintain project workflow.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower productivity, and material usage for electrical works.
• Conduct inspections and participate in testing and commissioning activities in coordination with the QAQC team.
• Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and client representatives during site inspections and approval processes.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with local authority regulations and construction safety standards.
• Maintain site documentation and prepare daily and weekly project progress reports.
• Support project teams in resolving technical issues and maintaining installation quality standards.
• Ensure work is completed according to project schedules and construction milestones.
