Electrical Site engineer-132KV Substation

Job Title: Resident Engineer 132kV Substation (Site Execution)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead on-site execution of 132kV substation works, including erection, testing, and commissioning of power transformers, circuit breakers, isolators, CTs/PTs, and protection panels.
2. Supervise daily site activities, coordinate with contractors, and resolve field-level issues to ensure smooth progress.
3. Review and interpret technical drawings such as SLDs, cable schedules, and layout plans for accurate implementation.
4. Oversee HV cable laying, terminations, earthing, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
5. Conduct and witness testing & commissioning of HV equipment; ensure adherence to IEC/IS standards and client specifications.
6. ADDC/TRANSCO experience is preferred.

Requirements:

1. 7-15 years of experience in 132kV or above substation projects.
2. Strong knowledge of HV equipment, installation procedures, and testing protocols.
3. Experience coordinating with EPCs, utilities, and multiple stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to enforce HSE standards and maintain site documentation.
