Job summary

ALEC Holdings PJSC, through ALEC Data Centre Solutions in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Section Manager – Electrical to lead electrical installation works on a major data centre project.

You will manage technical teams, coordinate QA/QC, ensure safety and schedule adherence, and deliver to programme, budget and standards. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction and UAE data centre experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction/MEP experience on major building, infra or mission-critical projects.
• 2–3 years of senior UAE experience with local practices and regs.
• Data centre, mission-critical, industrial or complex projects advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution, transformers, switchgear, gensets, UPS, ATS, busduct, containment, lighting, earthing.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installation within assigned section, ensuring safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, QA/QC and commissioning.
• Provide regular progress updates to Construction Manager and uphold documentation.
• Ensure drawings/specifications are distributed correctly and changes controlled.
