Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) for electrical activities.
  2. Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  3. Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents for schedule development.
  4. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, delays, and forecasting.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks related to electrical works.
  6. Track resource allocation, productivity, and cost against the project plan.
  7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans when necessary.
  8. Ensure proper integration of electrical planning with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, etc.)
  9. Assist in claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) justifications when required.

KEY QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the GCC, specifically within contracting companies.

Proven experience in project planning and scheduling tools (Primavera P6 is a must).

Strong understanding of electrical systems in construction projects.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
