Job summary

UnitedYou Ventures in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Area Construction Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation) to lead and oversee on-site E&I construction activities for complex Oil & Gas EPC projects.

You will coordinate with engineers, suppliers and contractors, ensure adherence to design specs and safety protocols, monitor progress, budgets and manpower, and implement quality control through site inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience as a manager or similar lead role on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and control systems.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation construction activities on-site.
• Ensure project execution as per design specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and manpower allocation.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct site inspections.
