Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in sewerage, drainage, and irrigation supervision, as well as a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering. This position requires extensive knowledge of local infrastructure and quality inspection processes, along with strong communication skills and a valid UAE driving license.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction and supervision of sewerage, drainage, and irrigation.
• Knowledge of existing networks in Abu Dhabi.
• Well experienced in survey work with modern instruments.

Qualifications

• The Inspector must have relevant technical qualification and must have not less than 7 years’ experience in the construction and supervision of Sewerage, Drainage and Irrigation Connections and Miscellaneous Works.
• Full and complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage and irrigation networks in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
• Well experienced in survey work with modern instruments and in keeping site measurement records.
• Experience in Road Works and permanent reinstatements.
• Full knowledge and experience in dealing with existing services.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the conduct of quality inspections with hands on experience of ISO9000 quality systems.
• Solid experience in maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports.
• Experience in identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and Coordinating responses.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
