Job summary

A global engineering firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to supervise and perform quality inspections on sewerage and drainage projects. Applicants should have at least 7 years of relevant experience, be well-versed in the standards of infrastructure networks in Dubai, and possess a degree in Electrical Engineering. Strong communication skills in English are required for effective reporting and coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction and supervision of Sewerage, Drainage, and Irrigation.
• Knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage, and irrigation networks in Dubai.
• Experience in maintaining records and generating reports.

Stantec is currently looking for an Electrical Inspector to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Qualifications

• The Inspector must have relevant technical qualification and must have not less than 7 years experience in the construction and supervision of Sewerage, Drainage and Irrigation Connections and Miscellaneous Works.
• He must also have full and complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage and irrigation networks in the emirate of Dubai.
• He must be well experienced in the survey work with modern instruments and in keeping site measurement records.
• He must have good experience in Road Works and permanent reinstatements.
• He must have good knowledge and experience in dealing with existing services.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the conduct of quality inspections with hands on experience of ISO9000 quality systems.
• Solid experience in maintaining relevant records and generating activity reports.
  Experience in identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
