Job description

As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead on-site electrical teams and ensure all installations meet project specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. This is a great opportunity to work with a respected client on a high-profile hotel and resort development.

This hiring is for a prestigious hospitality project a luxury resort, 5-star hotel that offers long-term stability and exposure to international construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage electrical works as per approved drawings and site requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assign tasks and oversee electricians and helpers on-site.
  • Monitor materials, tools, and equipment; report shortages to the site engineer.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain daily reports, job cards, and inspection logs.
  • Enforce site safety and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably on luxury hotel or resort projects in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, DB schedules, and electrical layouts.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings and schematics clearly.
  • Skilled in leading site teams with good communication.
  • Diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Familiar with local authority regulations and safety standards.
