Job Description

• Technical Review tender documents including drawings, specifications, and BOQ, and preparing tender queries.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems (LV, HV, ELV, lighting, power, fire alarm, BMS, etc.).
• Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to determine the best technical and commercial fit.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams for technical clarifications.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation and pricing sheets.
• Participate in value engineering, cost control, and variation assessments.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market prices and materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in electrical estimation within MEP or construction companies in the UAE/GCC/ INDIA.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., CCS, Candy, or similar).
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
