Job summary

Talent Specialist Limited (TSL) is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) in the United Arab Emirates to lead electrical EPC projects from engineering through construction, commissioning and handover. You will manage brownfield upgrades, shutdowns and tie-ins, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and quality across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in Oil & Gas, 5+ years in a PM role delivering EPC projects, and hands-on experience with substations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years' experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager position delivering EPC projects.
Proven experience on brownfield upstream Oil & Gas projects.
PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of electrical EPC projects.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, QA/QC, and HSE.
Oversee project schedules, progress reporting, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
Act as the primary interface with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, variations, and claims.
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.
